I don't know if this will be of any interest to anyone but I have a friend who had CFS for 3 years and who is now cured - if I can use that word. She is now able to go rock climbing, skiing, cycling and is in the process of getting back into work - basically she is back to how she as before - albeit a lot wiser. The details I have are a bit vauge but she heard about a guy on Radio 4 who uses mind techniques to overcome CFS. My friend really researched into this and decided to take the plunge - it does cost about £500 - takes 3 days and requires a lot of discipline to do but the results are amazing. Another friend of the family with fibro has also been to see him and the results are the same - her husband is now retraining in this technique so that he can help others. Like I say the details I have are a bit vauge but if anyone would like I will find out the details and post them on here if it might be of any benefit?

I'd be interested to know what techniques were used, having suffered myself, it would be fascinating to see the technique that can remiss this in 3 days!

It sounds like it might be something to do with Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

I just qualified as a practiconer in the lightning process, (I've been a master Hypnotherapist, NLP and life coach for several years and tutor at the college where Phil parker is principal though I have specialised in addiction for a long time now) and decided to re-train in the LP for ME after seeing many of this years students at the college were people who has sucessfully overcome ME with the LP.
Seeing people transform their lives over a few days has been one of the most heartening experiences of my life:)
