Hi everyone
For the past 2 -3 years i've spenta lot of the time feeling lethargic, low on energy,, feel like my muscles are tired heavy and acheymost ofthe time. I had a blood test done to rule out some kind of food or gluten intolerance which came back clear even though i know certainthings like bread, cake, crisps chocolate dairy products and tap water DO make me feel tired bloated and in alot of discomfort , as it seems to attackmy muscles making moving around difficult. Anyway I just thought i'd let you know that for the last week i've been pain free and my energy levels have crept up to where i actually feel like i could run round the block a couple of times lol.I have no idea what has caused this change to happen as i've been munching on the odd chocolate bar and have ate bread twice this week . (only side effect was the bloating) I have cut out my coffee, was drinking approx 12 cups a day ,now i drink green Tea and like i said i feel like i have energy again . Do you think the green tea has anything to do with it ? Anyone know much about it ?

I would say cutting out the TWELVE cups of coffee has been a huge factor in it!!!
Surely drinking that amount of coffee would make anyone feel bloated and lethargic?
Is it some kind of special green tea??

Hi,

Glad to hear you're feeling much better. It must be a huge relief.

12 cups of coffee a day is incredibly dehydrating and stressful for the body and just by cutting that out gives the body loads of energy it didn't have before to help heal and detox.

Also, in Feng Shui terms, about 2 weeks ago (depending on which chinese calendar is used), the energies of your house will have shifted and it is quite possible something has balanced itself out for you in particular. I have seen it in several peoples homes over the last 2 weeks ... and the other way round for others unfortunately.

Warmest Wishes.

Hi
It's interesting that you mentioned the feng sui as for some strange reason i've had the urge to get rid of alot of stuff in the cupboards, drawers, and loft. I'm such a hoarder but have had a good old clear out! I did find that my mind seemed clearer after doing this but had no idea it could be connected toa shift in energy levels too. Thanks for mentioning that. Will have to make sure i do a routine de-clutter every now and again.
Love and peace

I would think that the 12 cups of coffee would have had a big impact on how you were feeling. It's fantastic that you have managed to give it up as there are a lot of people who would find that really difficult so you would have to be very proud of yourself for doing that.
