Hi everyone in this very good forum.
I have 24 hour persistant tiredness. I am asking for excellent tips in what to take or do further.
I am very thin but not anorexia, in weight i weigh 6 stones and i am 22 years old. My height is 4'11.
Although my mattress is very firm and high quality and i wear flat shoes for comfort.
Every morning i would wake up feeling so dead and have an aching back and stressed feet all day.
I have visited the doctor and had blood tests. All blood tests are negative. Plus anemia and thyroid tsets too were negative.
I take multi vitamins like bio strath liquid or tablets and herbal teas like ginseng ginkgo/green tea etc... It doesn't work really help.
I use oils like rosemary and pepermint and lavender for massage feet and body for myself. But still won't help.
Although my apetite is very low on meals, i eat healthily and fruits and veg.
I drink plenty of water.
I wear crystals and surround my room with crystals. Still tired.
Exercise - i sometimes use a stepper machine for 5 minutes, i walk a lot.
I am not depressed or in an emotional state. I prefer quite days in than partying.
I am on my summer break from studying.
My bedroom is clean and neat. I just don't understand why i am getting so much tiredness and restless before sleep and during sleep and after sleep.
I plan to take the grestest vitamin in the world and order from new york USA. I found this info in google search engine. Any one with any tips sugestions to help? I am suffering from this tiredenss every single day. I know that a nutrient is missing in my body but i don't know what it is.
Please help and enlighten me.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are TATT (tired all the time). I had a few suggestions lined up but as I read thru your post you answered just about every query I had about your diet and lifestyle. I don't think you could really change much, given that you eat sensibly and healthily and exercise regularly. You don't mention alcohol or smoking...do you do either of these?
One supplement I can recommend if you need an energy boost is SPIRULINA, if you can afford it. I take it in capsule form, but I buy these in India, I haven't seen capsules over here, only powder/granules. I wonder if you should take a multimineral as well as multivitamins.
Lavender (maybe a non chemical spray) in the bedroom is calming and soothing at night. You know, I'm just remembering that I used to wake up with an aching back and the solution was a few sessions with an excellent chiropractor. I went every week for a month and then we tailed off the appointments. I still go from time to time for a 'top up' as apparently my pelvis is out of alighnment.Maybe you have something like that. Again chiropractic isn't cheap, or available on the National Health, but it sorted me out and I now sleep like a baby and wake up refreshed. Also have you tried hatha yoga? Meditation? (in cross legged straight back mode, just for a short time to begin with.)

Thak you so much for recomending sprulina. I think i can get it from holland and barratte. Is spirulina similar to blue green algae? Cause my home has blue green algae which i havn't tried. Is this suppose to stop tiredness if taken long term?
Nope i don't like drinking nor smoke.
Sorry what is chiropracter? I don't think i can afford such private treatment.
As for meditation and yoga. Yes i have practice at home. But too lazy. However i do deep breathing sometimes.

A chiropractor is a practitioner who manipulates your back and limbs if they are out of alignment. I agree that private treatment can be expensive.
Yes, spirulina is blue green algae, so if you already have some in your home I would say that was a pretty clear sign that you should start taking it. I don't know exactly how it works but I find it improves my energy levels. You have to take it daily and for some time for it to take effect.
Energy at Work's idea is good too.

Thank you for below tip. I started this this tip last night with some protection chanting before sleep. I slept well only when i fell asleep in over an hour in bed. Another problem is everyday when i lie on my bed, i had to wait for 1-3 hours before i fell asleep. This is so unhealthy.
I think too much at night, and i can't control this habit, and i'm afraid of the dark like something is always watching me. I can relate this to insomnia. My mind is a big wanderer at night in bed. I wonder if you can advise me on how to fall asleep in 5 minutes lieing in bed?
I do keep the lamp on, by morning my eyes become exhausted by light from the lamp. I hate this.
I think i have severe mind tension at night. I have tried Valerian tea and it doesn't help. I don't like sleeping pills as i am taking multi vitamins. It would be too much to take and is not healthy.
Do you have any great tips that would be of help too?

Quite a few things you can do IMHO...
-try the GI "diet". It will result in more regulated energy levels.
-since you know yoga, do a few minutes every day - this will maintain a good flow of energy. Too lazy? Well you owe it to yourself not to be.
-thinking too much in bed: put pen and paper by your bed. If you think of something, write it down as a note to explore the idea in the daytime (this is something I do otherwise I'd be up all night too).
-scared of the dark: just before going to bed, say 100 times to yourself "I am safe and at peace in the dark." Mantras do work: you've been doing it all your life. You don't have to believe this, but you are programming your subconcious which believes every thought you think eg "I am scared of the dark" "Monsters hide in the wardrobe" "I will fail my exams" "I am undeserving of that job". Get what I mean?
-in the morning, you could even say 100 times to yourself "I am refreshed and vitalised."

Wow thanks for telling me this. I know that cleaning is a must. But never thought they can be this negative to ones aura if not cleaned now and again. Books don't really tell me this exactly. Another fine advice. Great. Thanks.

If none of the useful hints have helped you might want to look at if you have any allergies that are causing your tiredness.
You could try keeping a daily food diary and seeing if you notice any patterns.
A quicker way to find the problem is to have your allergies tested by a naet practitioner who can eat both for food and non food allergies. They use applied kinesiology or mucle testing to disgnose allergies.

You could do with more protein in your diet possibly.
Its best to eat protein separate from starchy/sweet foods.
eating veg/green salad with protein is fine and great way to help digestion. But if mix sugar/starch/protein food regularly it can play havoc with your system. I know this on a personal level.
Some people are designed to work better on a veggie diet and others on a protein diet.
Possibly eating too late? also unhealthy sweet foods late can agitate sleep patterns.
Jacket potato for evening meal is supposed to help. I find it certainly helps in terms of slowing down buzzing mind energy.
But best not to have something sweet afterwards.
MOre exercise during day may also help.
Lots of fresh air can do wonders!
Also, before going to sleep: spending 20 minutes or so firstly focusing on relaxing breath to its deep natural state, and then scanning the body from foot to head and visualising/focusing on each area of muscles relaxing.
Relaxing tape with someone elses voice guiding you through it can also benefit as your focus is on listening to what is being said.
I reckon you may have to much crossing energy in your room from the crystals.
Definitely cleanse each one, and then find out which are good for relaxation etc and then separate them from others. Put them near bed or one under pillow.
PLus- different crystals may need different type of cleansing in order to restore it to its fullest.

thank you for your generous advice very useful. I do have lots of crystals surrounding my bedroom. In fact a lot of them. I do incense my bedroom once in a while, isn't this enough to do cleansing. Would i have to wash it all in water instead? how often do i need to do this?

I visualise white light coming down from above, filling the crystal, and dirty energy falling away underneath, several times per crystal. This seems to work for quartz, rose quartz and amethyst. I haven't had a need to clean my other crystals, so don't know if this is an effective cleaning method for them.

can use incense, sun, moon, water, a combination, and other cleansing techniques. but some stones lose some of their energy if you cleanse in certain way. WOuld be good for you to look at a crystal healing book, with detailed info on cleansing. MAybe if your energy isnt in tune with visualization cleansing it can hinder the energy use of the crystal- but as long as right intention is there then should be fine.
I have a sense of my crystals tunement to one another, and sometomes i may put one near another and it really doenst want to be there. SO i move it or change to another crystal which may link with other crystal formation really well. I find Amethyst, clear quartz are two that work really well in a room on their own, or separate from other crystals. If orecharged correctly, they can be used in conjunction with other crystals no probs.
Ive found Obsidian snowflake is good at night. Or clear quartz in one hand and obsidian in another. Needs cleansing often if subjected to Neg energies.
Onyx may well be something for you to look at helping with relaxing and sleep. The more translucent it is the more effective it is.

Okay.....
This is what my crystal and mineral guide says:
Sleep---Zircon, Howlite,
insomnia---Fluorite,
Fluorite is great. Ive certainly found it helpful during night time.
Things feel slightly more clearer and understandable, more relaxed view. No threat.
Concerning cleansing- more info ive found---#No hard and fast rules- trust your instincts!!
Most common methos is washing them in sea salt (pref. using water which is not tap water! I.E. rain, sea, any water with less impurities).
Some crystals/stones dont respond well to sunlight and water so use alternative method.
Ive personally found if i take certain crystals/stones to the sea and bath them in it, then let them dry either in sunlight or just somewhere free from hustle/bustle, they seem to feel extremely energized.
Some crystals/stones can cleanse by alternating them under cold and hot water, five minutes at a time.
Another is burying it in the garden.
Length of time is up to you, but usually one cycle of the sun and moon is normally enough.
again i will state with obsidian snowflake, to cleanse it often if you use it regularly as it absorbs negative energies. It is a great one to use.

Thank you for all your support and guidance. I feel quite enlightened.
So far i have been taking blue green algae.
I have cleansed all my crystals around my bedroom as it hasn't been in the water for a year i think. It took me a long look for crystals as i hid it every where else. I feel better when i cleaned it. Large and small ones too.
To tell you all the truth i thought that wearing crystal close to the body, needs to be cleansed at all time. And not crystals lieing round the bedroom. I didn't know. Thank you.
I don't know if there is a reflexology practitioner in my area as i live in Lower Edmonton London (north london). I have not ever tried reflexology before, but will try to. Hopefully soon.
Oh yes i will plan to go for a jog in the park everyday, but to me this would be a big big effort as my energy is so low.
I will try the flourite crystal for sleep.
Does magnetic therapy work??? i am thinking of buying a magnetic pad for my bed to lie in.

Lavender can be sedatingwhat kind of crystals are you using ? also in using essential oils too much can cause toxicity and fatigue if not used carfully.
do you cleanse them well as they absorb energy negativity etc and need to be charged? as Amethyst is also a sedative.
if you want to think on energy levels and colours think bright colours reds yellows oranges the sun oils citrus smells boost energy aura soma red/orange yellow
as for crystals citrine... carnelian....red jasper ametrine sunstone.. it is best to use 3 crystals near the bed so i was taught and not too many ...make sure you read up on the properties...
Chakra clearing blancing etc...etheric tie cutting and ask for protection while sleeping as they said above on astral travel. Shielding techniques are some ideas.
you can use amethyst in the bedroom for sleep...aquamarine too is useful
protection stones can include hematitie....obsidian which absorbs negativity...chalcopyrite...pryite reflective crystals.

I stopped using crystals aloneand have started to get into orgone energy life (force energy) bought from ebay. It's uses consist of copper metals and crystals only. I meditate with it and wear it for aura protection from all kinds of magnetic negative energy from surrounding.
I started to benefit from magnetic bed pads to increase circulation and help with insomnia and more health benefits such as easing back pain and tiredness.
I have been on breakfast, which i normally skip. I eat hot oats with jam in the morning and feel great. Lunch i would eat fruits, yugurts and breads. Now how healthy is this?? If there is any avise on lunch and breakfast super healthy simple recipe, do feel welcome to advise.
I got myself a exercise bike for starters in gradual change.
I got rid of many crystals from my bedroom and feel better.
