I've been prescribed probiotics, and far prefer the food-version to tablets (see ), so as I've got plenty of (home made) yoghurt, that's what I like to use.
However, I prefer to start the day with hot soup instead of with cold yoghurt. If I put yoghurt in the soup just before eating, will that destroy the probiotic bacteria, even if I don't boil it? It does improve the taste if nothing else!

Since miso soup is also considered probiotic and that is usually eaten hot, I would think not.

I was having a lot of digestive issues, a friend of mine gave me a bottle of OTop, I'm 31/2 weeks into it and the cramps, bloating, pains are all gone so far.

As an added boost I've gained a tremendous amount of energy as well. The website has a lot of information as I am always skeptical but so far so good!!!!
