went to see chinese med laDy who tested me and said i have weak slow digestion, holding water. so got this feiyan tea which seems to help but it gives me headaches ( only taken it twice) so i was wondering if it makes my blood pressure go higher as mine is borderline?or if the tea has side effects?
Also told acupuncture on my tum would help.

I also have 'the tea'! If you are getting headaches, I don't think it can just be the tea. Try making it very weak, and only have one cup per day, in the evening. It affected me in a very purgative way, when I was having 4 cups a day, and strong ones at that - leaving the bag in it until the last drop! This effect stopped once I had cut to one cup, and just left the teabag in the water for about 2 minutes. I do notice that my stomach gurgles alot a few hours after taking it. It should not affect your blood pressure.
Acupuncture? Try it and see. I've had it lots over the years, and it generally clears up whatever I am presenting with at the time.
i have googled this to try to find headaches i came upon one articel saying this is because toxins come out of body you can have headaches to start with sorry cant put link as am thick dont know how to! but i think will make tea weaker and see how i go, and same tea bag to use again.

For the acupuncture possibility, you should be able to find an acupuncturist near you who will offer a free initial 5-10 min chat do you can discuss it and get a feel for if it will likely help you or not. A london based acupuncturist I know often combines the acupuncture with some chinese herbs for this type of case, so maybe the combination will be helpful to you.
