Hi there,
My oldest gilr Natalie who is 9 has a small cluster of warts on her foot - I do not want to use any thing from the Chemist as they are very strong and if it gets on the soft non wart part of her foot it attacks the skin something rotten.
She has had a verruca before that had like a black centre but these are more like warts.
Can anyway recommend something natural that I could use on her -
Thanks
Chrissie
RE: Verrucas/warts
Try banana skin. You need to scrap away the skin so that it is effective and you will have to be patient and apply it daily, perhaps for some weeks. A reflexology client of mine had these cluster verrucas very badly and tried T-tree but it didn't work. The banana did. Keep scraping the skin on a daily basis to get to the roots. Good luck.
RE: Verrucas/warts
Thanks for the quick reply - do you mean the skin as the outside of the bannana or the soft inner fleshy skin ?
I would like to try this and have thought that I would give it a go for 3/4 weeks to see how we get on.
Thanks
Chrissie
RE: Verrucas/warts
The skin. You will need to cut a bit and put something over it.
My client said it took about six weeks if that helps.
RE: Verrucas/warts
Hi there,
Thanks for the advise on the bannana getting rid of verrucas/warts.
Have been using a blackened inner fleshy part of the bannan on both my daughters varrucas/warts for last week and one has already gone!
I have been putting blackened bannana on their verrucas/warts and covering with plaster overnight - on the fourth treatment I put a tiny amount of Tea Tree (using a cotton bud-use sparingly) on first. I would highly reccommend this route. Both my daughters thought it was real fun to go to bed with bannans on their feet - giggled alot - but very impressed that it is working!
Last time I used a shop bought product it near on took off several layers of skin and became very sore.
Thanks again
Chrissie
