hello, loidy here, new to this forum.
does anyone out there know of a good natural remedy to help an anxious 11 year old girl. she's a little thinker & worrier, & suffers on & off, but quite often, with nausea, tummy cramps etc. i would love to find a chill pill for kids or some such which really works.

Hi Loidy
It is good to administer some natural medicine to aid the healing process but a child's mental and emotional states reflect those of the adults around him/her too. That is more vital to understand than giving medicines no matter how natural.
Children pick up subtle emotional distress signals that fires a child's anxieties. It is wiser if the adult carer/parent can understand how their mental/emotional states are sending ripples all around them. We are all one.
There is no sustitute for loving reassurance that builds a childs's faith, connectedness to others and within themselves. Tummy upsets cramps are emotional responses to the enviornment

Now for the medicine bit. Crabapple in bach flower remedies and Kali Phos 6x in biochemic remedies are excellent for such conditions. Kali phos should be continued for a few weeks or until amelioration. I would suggest the immediate adult/s should take Kali Phos too. (Bio chemic remedies have no side effects what so ever)
Hope it helps

Hi, Bach essences would be good.. be interesting what sort of things make her worried.. if its about others: red chestnut or if its churning thoughts: white chestnut. I agree with Jnani's response, the stomach indicates that there is something she is not digesting properly.. which you can use as a metaphor, maybe you could try find out if there's something she's particularly worried about?
