My son Joshua will be 13 years old 23 dec 2010, Joshua has overcome most of his problems that he started out with age 3 years old. He gose to secondary school and is in year 8 now. Joshua was sign off from the hospital last year, he has come so far and I'm very proud of him, to think at one time he could not even talk properly.

I know how precious these moments are for you both.

We have a daughter with ASD and I am so proud of every achievement.

We have just turned our backs on the local education authority schooling because secondary school, simply wasn't going to work for her and her SEN statement was ignored. :rolleyes:
　
We are loving the freedom of home education, we just had our first LEA inspection (bearing in mind) I only de-registered our children on the 1st September 2010.
The person who visited us was overjoyed with what we have already achieved.

I won’t say never to school, just not right now.
