I have had arthritis for a few years in my back and hips. Now I notice that my finger joints are enlarged and my fingers starting to become crooked and yet I have only a little pain in my hands. Is there anything I can do? I remember my grandmother's hands were badly swollen and twisted.

RE: Arthritis in hands
Hello, I have the same problem, groin, back etc., but also my hands/fingers they have become mishapen and boy do they hurt at times. I don't take any orthodox medication as ultimately they give off some other darn painful side-effect. I get Glaucosmine on prescription and take the following:
Devils Claw, B Complex, Omega 3 and at this time of year a C with zinc. I do think these all help (a little) but at least I don't get the dreaded side-effects! [sm=jump2.gif]
