have you gone grain free, dairy free, egg free and knight shade free?
I would do that and make sure you are getting enough fat soluble vitamins and EFA's.
Research Urticaria and the causes, things like pork and eggs may be the culprit or too much histamine. Don't just cut out whole food groups without reason, keep a food diary and note down symptoms and so on and then you should see a pattern 🙂

I am no expert, but it might be that you're eating too much egg. try lowering your egg intake and see if it improves.
My son had a similar rash and that cause turned out to be sensitivity to oranges.
