A friend of mine has introduced me to herbal remedies to help with minor aches and pains. I asked her about herbs that help with sinus infections and/or allergies. She recommended a tea mix but it doesn’t seem to work. Does anyone have any suggestions since allergy season is just around the corner?

I have taken Chinese herbs in the past and they have worked wonders. I don’t know if you have a traditional herbal store where you live but in my opinion that would be your best bet. There seems to be so much involved with big name drugs. Also I advise making sure your house is free of dust and particles. I use my Roomba vacuum at least once a week to do a major sweep of the carpets, and I usually filter the room with an air filter, especially during the day.

Peace.

I suggest an Isopathic Remedy of local seasonal pollens. This may need to be repeated for a few months later as the pollens change. A Naturopath should be able to help you with that and you may even need to take a sample yourself from your garden & other immediate environments.

If you're lucky then this won't need repeating the following year.

If your not so lucky and are looking for something more permanent, then I would advise seeing a NAET practitioner.

Andrew.
