Has anyone used this allergy hayfever tablet and if so was it good. Not had to resort to allergy meds for a long time and suffered the runny nose which is bearable to be honest but I cannot cope with the headaches I seem to be getting this year - symptoms tend to change from year to year.
Don't want to go down the Clarityn Piriton route always opting for an alternative approach.
So wonder if anyone can help - homeopaths please jump in on this one if you could recommend something for the headache and really dry throat that feels like I have swallowed a saw. Also wondering if my puffed face and eyes are allergy based at the moment too - which was suggested by the woman in the health food store.
Don't like nasal sprays in any shape or form.
