i had to take the spray in one nostril last light in order to sleep. but this really can't continue, can some help or have some idea what i can do ???

Hi
It sounds as if you have suffered rebound which happens when you use some nasal sprays for longer than a couple of weeks. Your local Chemist / Pharmacy should be able to advise on ones that do not have this risk. In the meantime salt water sprays that you can by at a chemist or even make up your own are a very good way of clearing out nasal passages without risk of rebound. You can use them safely frequently. Good luck.

In addition to this useful advice, it might be due to dairy intollerance - some of us are unable to cope with milk and milk products and it often shows up n the respiritary tract. It might be worth avoiding all milk products (including whey protein and lactose - read all labels) for a fortnight and see ow things are. For alternative 'milks' try rice, oat, almond, hemp, quinoa, etc - found in the supermarket or healthfood shop.
very good information shared, i have followed your link it also very useful
