giving up

I put a couple of replies on posts related to giving up smoking but then noticed they were 'older' posts.

However, no doubt people will pop in and out of the forum asking about ideas for giving up smoking etc., I would just like to say for anyone having difficulty and wondering how to cope without these cancer sticks...

when you feel the urge why not go and do some voluntary work in a hospital/hospice watch people dying from smoking and ask them what they would prefer now! :cool-smiley-027:
