Now i think that i am a little addicted to smoke..But i want to quit smoking.. trying all the tips the others have given me..like..chewing gum.. and chips..etc..
Just want to know .. is there any therapy that can help me out..?
I agree that the key is never giving up....but I am not sure vaping is that harmless. You don't have the tar and the smell....but it doesn't do anything to cure nicotine addiction. It just feeds it..
Also other people are exposed to the vapour. Agreed it doesn't have all the harmful chemicals in cigarette smoke but it may well contain some nicotine.....which is of course the addictive bit of a cigarette... and I found this....
