My son has been suffering from ongoing sickness for 2 years. I discovered this site via a search and it came up with a message from a Mum called Curlylocks. She described symptoms that her 17 year old son was experiencing, but the thread did not continue. My son is nearly 16 and suffers from morning vomiting, although sometimes it can last until mid afternoon, sometimes diarrhoea, lethargy, night sweats and low appetite. He feels full quickly, even when he’s eaten a small meal. It is affecting his school and social life. We have been to several doctors, but they have prescribed anti acids tablets, which haven’t helped. We went private for an ultrasound scan, which showed nodules in the stomach, possibly from a previous virus. He wasn’t given anything to help him. I have been trying to help him for 2 years, as we have not been given any help from the Doctors we have seen. He’s been allergy tested and no allergies have shown up. He’s taken probiotics and digestive enzymes and a multi vitamin by Viridian, but nothing seems to be helping. He hasn’t put on any weight for 3 years. Is there anyone whose teenager, or themselves, have any experience with this heartbreaking problem. I’m at my wits end.

It must be very upsetting for you when you can't get the answers that you need.
I hate to say this but are you sure that your son is not involved with any harmful substances like these "social" drugs that one reads about.
If not and the medical profession is at a loss then maybe you should consider alternative medical help.
Registered Herbalist and Homeopaths can provide a useful source of advice and treatment for many obscure ailments. I had a problem years ago that the medical profession were at a loss to cure but a homeopath did it in just one week.
I would not give in, there has to be an answerer, it is just finding it.
Best wishes.

Can imagine how upsetting it must be for you all.
When he is feeling sick in the morning, he can do this-
Sit comfortably. Breathe into the feeling of nausea, which is nothing but body cells vibrating at a certain vibration.
Say to this sensation "'YES' to this sensation. it's fine by me. You, sickness, can stay. It's fine by me
The sensation will begin to scatter. Do this until it disperses
A strong narrative, a storyline has built itself around this ongoing condition. Which involves, wondering about and witnessing this sensation every morning...there is also a massive 'why'. This is a lot of investment of focus, energy and attention. Which keeps this condition/dynamic in place. Not only in your son, but in the mind of whole family.
See this. Breathe into this awareness and allow this sensation in a physiological manner, as I described above
Can also search yogic mudras
Biochemic or twelve tissue remedies, homeopathy
High dosing vitamin c
Take a moment and sit down together to pray to God/ divine to take care of it. Do it with receptivity and trust that it is being taken care of
Focus your attention away from this problem and invest some mental focus on healthy aspects of your son and life in general
It will come right
May it be easy

This must be so difficult to live with for all of you. I'm shocked the doctors haven't been more help or referred him on. You could take him back to his GP and ask for a referral to a gastroenterologist - they specialise in digestive issues, and I would hope they could get to the root cause of it all.
