Hello, everybody. I hope I can expect some kind of help here. I've been having troubles with getting asleep. Every night I'm about to fall asleep my brain "wakes up" and I cannot calm myself. Though I feel exhausted and tired. But It's like I can't turn off my brain and it keeps me awake.
Any thoughts about what that could be?
Hi, Blum) Welcome to the forum)
I'm a familiar with this problem, I had been suffering insomnia for 6 months and it felt like hell. First of all, don't try taking in unknown pills without your doctor consent. Have you tried using essential oils before getting to bed, some kind of aromatherapy? Speaking of myself, the one thing helped for sure is an orthopedical pillow. It's quite expensive, but it's worthy) You may find some variants on amazon

Hi
I've used headphones and calming music to help me to get to sleep.

Hi
There are different reasons for such situation.
My best advice would be sports + good session of hypnotherapy (and ask a therapist to give you script for self-hypnosis for your situation)

What kind of music did you listen? Jazz, instrumental or classic?
I'd recommend learning mindfulness. You can sign up for my free course, Five Steps to Inner Calm, here:
