Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone here has heard of chronic inflammation? I've been reading a lot about it recently and was wondering what people think about it. It seems to be linked to a lot of health issues and I suspect I may suffer from it. Has anyone tried to get it measured?

Thanks!

Not sure, unless it manifests as tissue swelling, that internal inflammation could be 'measured'. I have seen it in clients with autoimmune diseases.

According to Ayurveda inflammation is the root cause of all disease. inflammation is Vayu- which is air, wind, gas, swelling of tissues, even tumors are all air trapped- ie inflammation
So Ayurveda employs various means such a mudras, yoga asanas, herbs to get rid of vayu.

I have heard about inflammation from one of my clients. I bust myths. It brings nothing but freedom

Chronic inflammation is not a condition.
Alternative health and well-being diagnosis are not necessarily always correct or even helpful. Trouble with half baked borrowed claptrap is that it can hypnotise individuals to create a condition out of thin air. It can put people on a merry go round, so to speak. Power of suggestion, especially of the written word is immense. Not all written word is credible.

yoga, move, walking, jogging, dancing including ginger etc in diet can take good care of too much air element in body. Let not a condition called 'chronic inflammation' take hold in thy mind....

Mind must be focused on health rather than problems

Yes I have heard of chronic inflammation, in fact I have it. It is diagnosed by one of many regular blood tests (which I have because of age and hypothyroidism).

The blood test is ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate). An unhealthy diet esp high in sugar is known to increase inflammation in the body as are certain diseases like Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus.

Did you actually believe that the cannabis as also known as only for addiction is now can be your alternative medicine? Cannabis now has many benefits that will be good for your health. Cannabis oil is produced by extracting the resin of the female cannabis plant using a solvent. After the resin is dissolved in the solvent, it is evaporated leaving a concentrated extract behind. CBD Oil is a type of oil that contains CBD but does not contain THC which can give you a high efficiency. CBD Oil is from that cannabis flower, however, cannabis now is proven that can help people to relieve pains or lessen seizure attacks. By continually researching, I came across this article through this, I can now grow in my own backyard and help my community to increase the quantity of this said plant. thank you for dropping by.
