Pilates is a form of exercise suitable for everyone, regardless of age or ability, which can change the way you look, feel and move. It is not a "quick– fix” and you do need to persevere, but the results will be worth it in helping to improve strength, flexibility and decreasing stress. It is excellent for the rehabilitation of injuries, improving postural problems & relieving pain and muscular discomfort. Pilates works all muscle groups in your body, teaching you to focus, gaining better awareness of your body and releasing tension. Pilates encourages you to perform movements in a flowing and controlled way which co-ordinates mind, body and breathing. Quality of movement is vital, re-learning correct movement patterns and postures, improving balance, mobility and co-ordination.

9.45am-10.40am: Beginners – An introduction to Pilates, teaching the basic principles and movements, providing a solid foundation to progress further. Suitable for those who are new to Pilates.
10.45am-11.40am: Beginners / Spinal Mobility – A beginners class with greater emphasis on restoring the natural range of movement to your spine, unloading some of the strain that today's lifestyles place on it, improving flexibility and reducing stiffness. Not suitable if you have a serious back problem.
£8.50 per session or £42/£49 for 6/7 week course
