Learn relaxation techniques to manage pain in labour and lessen the need for analgesics and possible further interventions. My courses equip birth partners with the skills to support the labouring mother, to enable her body to do what it was born to do!
My ethos is to create a fun and supportive learning environment, and my aim is to give you an amazing birth experience, whatever the circumstances.
I trained in Natal Hypnotherapy, under it's founder, Maggie Howell. I am fully licenced and insured and am excited to be part of your birth journey!

I offer group workshops monthly, over a weekend. These are held in my family home, and are limited to 3 couples. Courses start at 09:30, finishing around 16:30 each day. I also offer private courses and can tailor the content to particular concerns or interests (VBAC/Twins/ELCS).
