Resilience Counselling was created in 2015 to offer cheap counselling and hypnotherapy services throughout the leicestershire area. Shabnum Popat (founder) is qualified and registered with the National Counselling Society and the National Hypnotherapy Society. She offers all her services in a private setting with strict confidentially to protect her clients privacy.

Counselling – £25 for one session
Telephone Counselling – £25 for one session
Skype Counselling – £25 for one session
Child Counselling (Over 10) – £25 for one session
Child Counselling (Between the ages of 5 and 9) – £15 for one session
